Jenner & Block Partner Larry P. Ellsworth served as moderator of a recent program featuring U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Director of Enforcement Andrew Ceresney. The program, sponsored by the DC Bar and the Federal Bar Association and held on June 11, 2014, focused on SEC enforcement developments and priorities.
Larry is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department and a member of its Securities Litigation and Enforcement and Class Action Practices. He is a former assistant chief litigation counsel for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Trial Unit. Active in the District of Columbia Bar throughout his career, he currently serves as Chair of the Broker Dealer Regulation and SEC Enforcement Committee of the Corporation, Finance and Securities Law Section.
