“Are All Bytes Created Equal? The Battle Over Net Neutrality,” Rutgers Law School’s Computer and Technology Journal

Jenner & Block Partner John Flynn spoke at a recent at a symposium on Net Neutrality sponsored by Rutgers Law School’s Computer and Technology Law Journal.  The symposium, titled “Are All Bytes Created Equal? The Battle Over Net Neutrality,” explored the arguments for and against Net Neutrality in the wake of the DC Circuit’s decision earlier this year invalidating most of the FCC’s Net Neutrality rules.  John focused on the legal, policy and business perspectives of large broadband providers in the debate.   

John is a member of the Communications Practice.  He represents telecom, media and technology companies in a wide variety of matters, including complex proceedings before regulatory agencies, technology-related litigation, intellectual property and privacy issues, and corporate legal matters.
