On April 7, 2014, Jenner & Block Partner Samuel L. Feder spoke at the “19th Annual Comprehensive Conference on Telecommunications Law,” in Seattle, Washington.  Sam’s presentation examined the practical implications of the DC Circuit’s decision in the Net Neutrality case.  The conference, sponsored by Law Seminars International, is one of the leading gatherings of experts on telecommunications law, including nationally recognized practitioners, federal and state regulators and representatives from affected industries.

Sam is chair of Jenner & Block’s Communications Practice.  He represents cable, telecom, media and technology companies in a wide variety of matters including litigation, proceedings before regulatory agencies and transactions.  Prior to joining the firm, Sam served as General Counsel to the FCC and, before that, as a senior legal and policy advisor to two FCC Commissioners.
