Jenner & Block Partner Katya Jestin will participate in the Forum on Financial Institutions Enforcement on May 18 and 19. The Forum is an annual by-invitation only meeting of experienced litigators – outside counsel and in-house litigators – who advise financial institutions on enforcement matters. Ms. Jestin and the other invitees will explore some of the most complex issues facing their clients. The Forum will be held in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Ms. Jestin is co-chair of the firm's Investigations, Compliance and Defense Practice and counsels companies and executives in criminal, regulatory, and congressional investigations, including representing clients before the United States Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the US Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. She also conducts internal investigations on behalf of corporate clients, provides counsel to senior management on FCPA and other compliance issues, and served as counsel to the Examiner in the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy examination.
