“Recent Food Litigation Trends: What’s Healthy, What’s Natural, and Who Says So?” UCLA School of Law

Jenner & Block Partner Dean N. Panos will speak at a UCLA School of Law program that will explore issues and trends in food-related litigation. Titled “Food Fight: An Examination of Recent Trends in Food Litigation and Where We Go From Here,” the day-long seminar will bring together practitioners, academics and law students to examine food litigation, its broader context and the role for litigation in policy making.  In a session called “Recent Food Litigation Trends: What’s Healthy, What’s Natural, and Who Says So?” Dean and other panelists will review recent case law, emerging legal theories and settlement trends.  The seminar will be held on April 11, 2014, at the UCLA Faculty Center.  CLE credit will be available.
