Jenner & Block Partner Gregory M. Boyle and Associate Michael H. Margolis will participate in a Chicago Bar Association CLE program that will explore developments in securities and commodity cases.  Titled “Reinvigorated Regulatory Enforcement: New Developments in Securities and Commodity Cases,” the program will examine how regulators are adopting new and aggressive strategies to police the securities and commodities markets. Greg will be a panelist in a session titled “How the Regulators’ New Focus Affects Industry Members and Their Attorneys,” and Michael will moderate the session.  The program will be held from 3-6 p.m. March 12 at the CBA, 321 S. Plymouth Ct.

Greg is a member of the Professional Responsibility, Markets and Trading, and Bankruptcy Litigation Practices.  He represents clients in complex civil and criminal matters in trial and appellate courts across the country, as well as in regulatory investigations.  Mr. Boyle has extensive experience in defending law firms in complex legal malpractice litigation, representing financial firms in cutting edge trade secret matters, and representing parties in financial industry related bankruptcy litigation. 

Michael is a member of the Markets and Trading and Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practices.  He concentrates in complex civil litigation involving a variety of areas of law, including federal securitiesand derivatives, bankruptcy, non-compete, fraud and other business torts.
