Moderator, “’You Say Tomato / I Say Tomahto’: Jurisdictional Differences in Key Issues in ADR-III: Industry Perspectives,” 2014 CPR Annual Meeting, Charleston

Jenner & Block Partner Richard F. Ziegler will moderate one of the key panels during the 2014 CPR Annual Meeting to be held February 20-22 in Charleston, SC.  Titled “’You Say Tomato / I Say Tomahto’: Jurisdictional Differences in Key Issues in ADR-III: Industry Perspectives,” Richard’s panel will be held February 21 and will address jurisdictional differences in key ADR issues. Focusing on industry perspectives, the panelists will explore the common aspects of and significant differences in industry perspectives on the role of ADR in global business and the impact of local practices on developing an effective ADR strategy.  The panelists include Gillian A.
