“Litigation Risks in Outsourcing Arrangements,” HR Outsourcing Forum Spring 2013 Meeting

Jenner & Block Partners Adam Petravicius and Matthew J. Renaud spoke at the HR Outsourcing Forum Spring 2013 Meeting.  Adam led a session titled “Litigation Risks in Outsourcing Arrangements,” which examined such risks and how to mitigate them as well as change orders and change control procedures, which are frequent sources of disputes.  Matt also participated in the session, discussing ERISA issues particular to HR outsourcing arrangements.  The meeting was held April 11 at the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Adam is a member of the Corporate Department.  He focuses his practice on transactions involving IP and technology, including outsourcing and services agreements (I/T and business process), license agreements, development agreements, strategic alliances, joint ventures, telecommunications agreements and complex commercial agreements.

Matt is co-chair of the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice.  He counsels clients on a range of employee benefit and executive compensation matters, focusing on public company executive compensation and ERISA fiduciary responsibility issues.
