Jenner & Block Partner Carter H. Klein participated on two panels of the Annual Letter of Credit Survey sponsored by the Institute of International Banking Law and Practice. His panels included the topics of recent letter of credit case law developments and troublesome trends in letter of credit law and practice. The event was held in Tampa, Florida, at Citibank’s Global Corporate Payments Center on March 14 and 15.
Carter is a member of the Corporate, Corporate Finance and Bankruptcy, Workout and Corporate Reorganization practices. Carter edits three books on the Uniform Commercial Code and writes and speaks on letters of credit, secured lending and payments.
