American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry Trial Academy

Jenner & Block Partner Joseph G. Bisceglia will be a faculty member at the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry Trial Academy.  The three-day intensive program in Washington, D.C. will use two dispute scenarios to teach the skills that are needed to successfully try a construction matter.  Joe will join a faculty of experienced litigators who have tried construction cases in jurisdictions around the country.  The program is limited to 36 participants and offers CLE credit in many states.  It will be held from June 12-15 at the U.S. District Courthouse, 333 Constitution Ave., Washington, D.C. 

Joe chairs the firm’s Real Estate and Construction Litigation Practice, and has extensive experience in a wide variety of complex civil and criminal litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts. He has taught, lectured, and published extensively on federal and state civil practice and procedure, real estate and construction law, trial practice and alternative dispute resolution. Among numerous other professional and charitable activities, he is a past president of the Illinois State Bar Association.
