The Jenner & Block Women’s Forum hosted the “Chicago Foundation for Women’s Board Boot Camp Networking Night” on June 6, 2012. Women interested in board service had the opportunity to meet with CFW grantees, all of whom were looking for new members to consider for their boards of directors. The non-profits in attendance were: Affinity Community Services, Chicago Legal Advocacy for Incarcerated Mothers, Chicago Metropolitan Battered Women’s Network, Good News Partners, Heartland Alliance’s National Immigrant Justice Center, Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health, Literature for All of Us, Neighborhood Writing Alliance, Rape Victim Advocates, The Night Ministry, and Still Point Theatre Collective.
