The 2020 edition of The Legal 500 United States recognizes Jenner & Block in 23 national practice categories.  Of those, the firm’s Content, Media and Entertainment Practice is ranked as a top-tier practice in the Copyright category, and the Insurance Practice is ranked as a top-tier practice in the Insurance: Advice to Policyholders category.  The firm also ranked in the second tier in six categories: Appellate: Courts of Appeal; Appellate: Supreme Courts (States and Federal); ERISA Litigation; Telecoms and Broadcast – Regulatory; Trade Secrets (Litigation and Non-contentious Matters); and Transport: Aviation and Air Travel – Litigation and Regulation.
