Jenner & Block Partner Susan J. Kohlmann, managing partner of the firm’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Policy Committee, has been named a “Distinguished Leader” by New York Law Journal.  The award honors lawyers in leadership roles who “achieved impressive results in the past year.”  In its profile of Ms. Kohlmann, the publication highlights her work in a lawsuit against the federal government over unconstitutional census preparations.  Asked what it means to be a leader, Ms. Kohlmann responds:  “I believe the best leaders are team players focused on the achievement of the team as a whole.”
