Global Data Review (GDR) recognized Jenner & Block Partner Kelly Hagedorn in its inaugural list of “40 under 40” individuals who “represent the best of the upcoming generation of data lawyers” around the world. In her feature profile, Ms. Hagedorn discusses the aspects of her data law practice, what drew her to that area of practice and mentors and influencers of her work. She also shared insight on what to look out for in data privacy news. “There are two things: The first is privilege and how the ENRC case will play out. This is hugely important to lawyers working in investigations…the second is what…the impact of the GDPR on investigations will be – particularly when the US authorities are involved and want access to data, she said.”
Ms. Hagedorn is a partner in the firm’s London office. She is a member of the Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice and advises numerous companies in relation to GDPR compliance and cyber security matters.
