Jenner & Block recently hosted a special Women’s Bar Association of Illinois (WBAI) membership appreciation and recognition event, held in conjunction with the graduation of the WBAI’s inaugural Leadership Institute class.  The Institute was a six-program series designed to help women lawyers develop their leadership skills and strengthen their professional networks.  Forty-three participants, from law students to more experienced lawyers, graduated.

Partner Keri Holleb Hotaling, co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Forum, welcomed the group of lawyers, judges and friends to Jenner & Block and noted the significance of the Institute’s theme – “Empowering Through Leadership:  Leave No Woman Behind.”  Ms. Holleb Hotaling also accepted an award on behalf of the firm for its participation in the Institute, with Partner E. Lynn Grayson having served as co-chair of the 2015-16 Leadership Institute Committee as well as co-chair of the appreciation and graduation event.

During the recognition portion of the evening, Jenner & Block Associate Katharine R. Ciliberti was acknowledged for her service as co-chair of the WBAI Young Lawyers Programming Committee.
