Some of these include:
- Flexible work arrangements, including a generous reduced work schedule policy. Lawyers on a reduced schedule still participate in the annual review process and are eligible for merit bonuses and promotion to partner
- Parental leave providing paid time off of up to 18 weeks
- Adoption paid leave of one week prior and 12 weeks following
- Backup child care
- On-site health and wellness screenings and services
- Mentoring relationships that offer one-on-one support and advice
- Support groups (such as the Mother's Circle) where lawyers can share ideas and resources for coping
