  • HSR Filing Specialist – Attorney – Washington, D.C.
    Jenner & Block’s D.C. office is currently looking for an attorney specialist to assist in the preparation of Hart Scott Rodino (“HSR”) filings. Applicants for the position must be licensed attorneys with at least one year of experience. The successful attorney will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively. The candidate must also possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Specific experience with HSR filings is not required but is preferred, as is an interest in antitrust law. Please note, this is a non-partner track role.
