  • The Chicago office is currently looking for an associate with at least 4 years of corporate and transactional experience in private practice. The successful candidate can expect to work on a wide variety of corporate matters, including: mergers and acquisitions; securities offerings; public company and large private company counseling; corporate finance and board and committee counseling. All candidates should be self-starters who are detail oriented and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
