Our Diversity & Inclusion

Jenner & Block’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee has been active for more than 20 years. Its members work closely with the firm’s Hiring Committee, the Talent Development team, the firm’s Affinity Groups and all firm departments, and report regularly to the firm’s Management Committee on the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Additionally, our Associate Board of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee provides a way for the firm’s associates to participate in the planning and execution of our diversity, equity, and inclusion goals and programs.  Among other things, the Associate Board hosts events to promote inclusion and facilitate relationship building, such as small group dinners and themed receptions.

The firm has a robust team of professionals working on talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion. The firm also has a Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, who serves as a member of the DE&I Committee. Working together with firm management, the Chief Talent Officer and Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion help the firm develop and implement its goals and initiatives.
