Jenner & Block

Jenner & Block’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee has been active for more than 20 years. Its members work closely with the firm’s Hiring Committee, the Talent Development team, the firm’s Affinity Groups and all firm departments, and reports regularly to the firm’s Management Committee on the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Additionally, our Associate Board of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee provides a way for the firm’s associates to participate in the planning and execution of our diversity and inclusion goals and programs.  Among other things, the Associate Board hosts events to promote inclusion and facilitate relationship building, such as small group dinners and themed receptions.

The firm has a robust team of professionals working on talent management, diversity and inclusion.  A partner serves as the firm’s full-time chief talent officer.  The firm also has an Associate Director of Talent Development, Diversity & Inclusion.  Both serve as members of the D&I Committee.  Working together with firm management, the Chief Talent Officer and Associate Director of Talent Development, Diversity & Inclusion help the firm development and implement its goals and initiatives.
