Landon S. Raiford concentrates his practice in bankruptcy litigation and corporate restructuring. He has significant experience in prosecuting and defending complex bankruptcy and bankruptcy-related litigation.
Mr. Raiford currently serves as the primary associate in the liquidation of a regional trucking company with yearly business income of over $70 million. In addition, he is an integral member of a bankruptcy team overseeing the bankruptcy cases of numerous hedge fund debtors embroiled in a multi-billion dollar fraudulent scheme. Mr. Raiford is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department and a member of the Firm’s Bankruptcy, Workout and Corporate Reorganization, and Bankruptcy Litigation Practices.
In addition to his private practice, Mr. Raiford is heavily involved in pro bono matters, including being the primary associate in a Seventh Circuit criminal appeal of a pro bono client’s wire fraud conviction and representing an individual debtor defending against charges brought by creditors. Mr. Raiford also participates in the Firm’s Domestic Violence Clinic.
