Landon S. Raiford is a bankruptcy lawyer and has significant experience in a wide-range of bankruptcy and bankruptcy-related matters.
Mr. Raiford is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Workout and Corporate Reorganization Practice and the Complex Bankruptcy Litigation Practice. He represents debtors, trustees and creditors in Chapter 7 and 11 cases in a variety of contexts. Mr. Raiford also has experience in out of court restructuring and advising creditors in their dealings with financially troubled entities.
In addition to his private practice, Mr. Raiford is heavily involved in pro bono matters. Mr. Raiford currently represents a pro bono client in her Seventh Circuit appeal of a wire fraud conviction, which resulted in the vacating of the client’s sentence. Mr. Raiford also has successfully defended an individual debtor against charges brought by creditors, and participates in the firm’s Domestic Violence Clinic.
