Katherine A. Fallow is a litigator. She focuses on First Amendment, media, and communications cases at the trial and appellate level. Clients also turn to her for advice on government regulation of expression.
Ms. Fallow has been involved in a variety of high-profile First Amendment cases, including a line of successful constitutional challenges to numerous state laws restricting the content of video games and a challenge to the federal Children’s Internet Protection Act. She has also represented the recording, motion picture, and video game industries in lawsuits against unlawful file-sharing websites.
Ms. Fallow is a member of the Firm’s Media and First Amendment, and Communications Practices. She is also a member of the Hiring Committee for Jenner & Block’s Washington, DC office. Ms. Fallow has published a number of articles related to her field, and she serves as co-editor for the ABA’s Communications Lawyer.
