Mr. Petravicius combines his deep knowledge of IP and technology with his significant experience as a transactional lawyer to provide his clients with practical, business-oriented advice.  Being a member of the Firm’s Corporate Department enables him to work seamlessly with other corporate attorneys on matters in which they are involved.  His strong IP background enables him to add substantial value to transactions involving IP and technology.  Before focusing on transactional work, Mr. Petravicius was an IP litigator and worked on several significant patent infringement cases that went to jury trial.  This experience adds valuable perspective to Mr. Petravicius’ transactional and counseling practice.
